and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Returns Policy.
If you do not agree with any of the terms described herein, we ask that you

RANU Health reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications
will take effect upon publication. You are advised to review this page periodically.
2. Product Information and Pricing
RANU Health is a science-based gut optimisation system developed by Dr. Omar M. Amin
(Ph.D., with over 30 years of parasitology research). The system consists of three
complementary phases:
Phase 1 — Remove
The first phase of the protocol, designed for initial cleansing of the
gastrointestinal tract using carefully selected botanical ingredients.
Phase 2 — Restore
The second phase, focused on restoring the balance of the gut microbiome
and strengthening the gastrointestinal mucosa.
Phase 3 — Renew

Pricing and Currency

3. Order Acceptance and Fulfilment
Order process
When placing an order on ranuhealth.com, you follow these steps:

You receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your
order and a tracking number once payment has been processed.
Right to refuse or cancel orders
RANU Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons
including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, errors in order information,
inventory availability, or indications of unauthorised resale. In the event
of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Payment Terms
Payment processor
All payments are processed securely through Stripe,
a payment processing platform certified under the PCI DSS standard.
RANU Health does not store or have access to your credit or debit card data.

VAT and Currency
✓VAT: Mexico's Value Added Tax (IVA) of 16% is applied

✓Currency: transactions are processed in USD (US dollars)
or MXN (Mexican pesos) according to your account settings and the option
selected at the time of payment.
✓Conversion: if you pay in USD from Mexico, the exchange
rate applied corresponds to the one used by your bank or card issuer at
the time of the transaction.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times
Orders shipped within Mexico have an estimated delivery time of
7 to 10 business days from payment confirmation,
subject to inventory availability and courier conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as
public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and
package weight, and are clearly shown in your order summary before confirming
the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of RANU Health
error or defective product.
Delivery confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the
tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time through the
courier company's website.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or arrives
with visible damage, contact us at [email protected]
within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.
RANU Health will manage the claim with the courier company and, where
applicable, send you a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Purchase Terms
All purchases are one-time payments
RANU Health does not use recurring subscriptions. Every purchase is a single,
one-time payment. The 3-month and 6-month options are prepaid packages
that include multiple months of supply at a discounted rate — they are not
recurring charges.

Reordering

There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
RANU Health products are botanical dietary supplements and do not constitute
medicines, diagnoses, or medical treatments. Their consumption does not replace
consultation with a healthcare professional.
To the extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, RANU Health
shall not be liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from
the use of or inability to use the product.

Specific health outcomes, as results may vary depending on each individual's
condition.

Delivery delays caused by factors beyond RANU Health's control (strikes,
natural disasters, courier network failures).

Damages arising from improper use of the product, failure to follow usage
instructions, or contraindications.
RANU Health's maximum liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the
amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with
the federal laws of the United Mexican States, including in
particular:

commercial legislation.

Regulations of the COFEPRIS (Federal Commission for
Protection against Health Risks) applicable to dietary supplements and
health products.
For the interpretation and application of these terms, the parties submit to
the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City,
expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason
of their present or future domiciles.
9. Dispute Resolution
For any complaint, grievance, or dispute related to RANU Health products or
services, we invite you to follow the process below:

submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.
