Returns and Refunds Policy

At RANU Health we are committed to your satisfaction and to compliance with Mexican consumer protection regulations (NMX-COE-001-SCFI-2018 — Mexican Standard for Electronic Commerce).

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

RANU Health offers a satisfaction guarantee of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period in accordance with the conditions described in this policy.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our products and our commitment to your wellbeing.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Unopened bottle: the supplement must be in its original packaging, with the safety seal intact and unopened.
  • Original packaging: the product must be returned in its original packaging, including box, labels, and any packing materials included in the order.
  • Within the timeframe: the return request must be made within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt of the order.
  • Proof of purchase: you must provide your order number or any proof of purchase issued by RANU Health.

RANU Health reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of public health and hygiene, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Supplements with a broken safety seal, or whose bottle has been opened, whether partially or fully consumed.
  • Products whose packaging or label has been altered, damaged, or removed.
  • Orders that exceed 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

This restriction is based on NMX-COE-001-SCFI-2018 (Mexican Standard for Electronic Commerce) and the applicable sanitary regulations governing dietary supplements in Mexico.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email

    Write to us at [email protected] with the subject: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]".

  2. Include the required information

    In the email, provide your order number, full name, reason for the return, and, if possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

  3. Confirmation and authorisation

    Our team will review your request and send you a confirmation with shipping instructions within 2 business days.

  4. Ship the product

    Once the return is authorised, pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  5. Inspection and processing

    Upon receiving the product, we will verify that it meets the return conditions and proceed with the refund.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product and confirmed that it meets the conditions of this policy, we will process the refund as follows:

  • Refund method: the refund will be issued to the same payment method used in the original purchase (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Processing time: the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of the returned product at our facilities.
  • Notification: you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  • Shipping costs: original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of RANU Health error or defective product.

6. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. We recommend using a courier service with a tracking number and insurance, as RANU Health is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return transit.

The return shipping address will only be provided once the request has been authorised by our support team.

7. Special Cases

Defective or incorrect product

If you received a defective product, one damaged during shipping, or an item different from what you ordered, RANU Health will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge or issue a full refund, at your choice. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Adverse reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to the product, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor. Contact us at [email protected] so we can assess your case individually. We will consider exceptions to the non-returnable items policy when medical evidence is provided.

International orders

For orders outside Mexico, the same principles apply; however, transit times and return shipping costs may be higher. Please contact us before initiating the process so we can coordinate the best solution.
